You're not buying a lead. You're buying a billboard. Every homeowner who claims their home on kelleybluebookhomes.com sees your name, your face, and your KBB Verified badge. Every time the value updates, every time the market moves, for as long as they own the house.
Homeowners visit kelleybluebookhomes.com to value their property — they are pre-listing or considering listing. They meet their Verified Agent (you), see your face on the report, your phone in their pocket, and your name on every notification, every time the value updates. If they opt into communication, the full lead is delivered to you. Every lead is a seller, not a buyer.
"Jane Smith, Kelley Blue Book Homes Verified Agent." On your business cards, email signature, for-sale signs, website bio. Sellers Googling you are Googling a KBB-verified professional.
Third-party-verified, Kelley Blue Book Homes brand on it, delivered before the listing meeting. The seller-versus-agent pricing argument ends. Days-on-market drops.
Postcards, just-listed flyers, listing-presentation deck, email signature blocks, listing-page badges for major listing portals and MLS. Every sales touch carries the brand.
The same pricing intelligence consumers use in their reports — for comp prep, BPOs, and listing presentations. Your professional version of the consumer product.
Homeowners who claim their home in your ZIP route to you (split among up to 4 agents). 100% seller-side: every lead is a homeowner who came to KBB Homes for a value answer, which means they are pre-listing or considering listing. Lead volume varies by tier — the calculator above shows expected monthly volume in your market.
Complete the certification course (online, ~3 hours) and the Verified Agent designation activates. Live continuing education quarterly. Renewal annual.
The Verified Agent program is a brand, not a lead-list subscription. Every agent who carries the Kelley Blue Book Verified mark represents the brand to homeowners — which means we have to know they can deliver. Every application is reviewed by our team against a track-record bar, not a checkbook bar. A $99 deposit reserves your slot priority pending review. It does not guarantee acceptance.
We require closed transactions in the ZIP you want, or in directly adjacent ZIPs, within the past 24 months. Agents without measurable history in the market they want do not get access to it. No exceptions for brokerage size or marketing budget.
We look at your average days-on-market, sale-to-list ratio, and price-reduction frequency over your last 12 months of closings. Agents who chronically over-list and reduce do not carry the KBB Verified mark.
No actionable complaints, no pending state real-estate-board actions, no brokerage under regulatory review. We pull your license history directly from state databases at the time of application.
For higher-tier ZIPs we contact references from two of your last five closings. This sounds soft. It isn't. The KBB consumer-trust brand depends on agents who behave like professionals at the kitchen table and through closing.
Reserving your ZIP locks your slot priority pending application review. We're launching nationally in Q3. Pricing is published, transparent, and tier-based. The deposit is fully refundable, including if your application is not approved.
Up to 4 agent slots per ZIP. First reservations get first slot pick, subject to application review.
Held with Stripe. 100% refundable any time before launch — including if your application is not approved.
Our team verifies transaction history in your ZIP, listing-side performance, license standing, and references. If you don't meet the bar, full refund and we tell you exactly what to address.
$99 applies to your first month's invoice. Don't want it after approval? One click, full refund.
$99 fully refundable. No payment until launch beyond the deposit. Brokerage team rates available for 5+ agent groups.
The Kelley Blue Book Homes name is what consumers reach for when they want a value answer they can trust.
Our consumer-side product is already generating six-figure form starts and a fast-growing audience of homeowners who use the KBB brand to validate their home value before listing — exactly the high-intent, pre-listing audience your business depends on.
The brand pull is doing the work. Joining the Verified Agent program puts your name in front of those homeowners — at the moment they're deciding who to trust.
Lead volume and pricing tier are independent. Pricing tier reflects commission-capture potential (median home value × annual transactions), which is how much money each closing generates. Lead count reflects how many homeowners exist in the ZIP and visit the consumer site to value their property. They are different variables. A small luxury enclave with 1,000 homes can be Tier 1 because home values are $5M+, but it will generate fewer leads than a dense suburb with 30,000 homes priced at $400K. The calculator estimates the two independently.
These are projections, not contractual guarantees. Volume in your specific ZIP will depend on consumer search demand in that market, the maturity of organic and earned-media channels (none of which are running yet), and the rate at which Cox Automotive's brand-alignment investments compound the consumer audience.
We will publish actual delivered-lead counts per ZIP per month transparently in the Verified Agent dashboard. If your ZIP underperforms the calculator estimate by more than 30% in any rolling 90-day window, you can downgrade your slot, switch to a different ZIP, or cancel for a full refund of remaining months. The pre-launch deposit is fully refundable until launch regardless.
